Precise laser distance measurement:

The NF 10×42 R of the advanced line offers the user high-performance optics with multi-coated lens elements and a large field of view. The integrated laser range finder determines the safe distance to game up to 1,200 meters – more reflective objects also up to 2,300 meters. With a simple push of a button, the eye-safe measurement is carried out with the laser class 1 with an accuracy of 1 m in just 0.3 seconds. In addition, the measurement of moving objects takes place continuously in scan mode. The measured value is read using the red and very bright OLED display reflected in the center and can also be seen reliably on a dark background. If desired, the brightness can be adjusted in six stages.
Thanks to the various measurement modes, a sophisticated algorithm determines the distance in adverse weather conditions such as light fog or even rain. It
is operated with just two control buttons. Angle measurement has also been added for hunting in the mountains. In contrast to conventional, direct distance measurement, in this case the ballistic deviation is taken into account and the angle compensation in meters is displayed directly in the field of view next to the firing angle. With the high-contrast and sharp image from the center to the edge, even the smallest details are recognized!
